Dexin Services Group Limited has rescheduled its board meeting, originally set for 25 March 2026, to 30 March 2026. The postponement is attributed to the need for additional time to complete the preparation of the audited annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
The forthcoming meeting will still cover the review and approval of the FY 2025 annual results, publication of those results, and consideration of a final dividend recommendation, if any.
Corporate governance remains intact, with the current board comprising three executive directors—Hu Yiping (Chairman), Tang Junjie, and Zheng Peng—and three independent non-executive directors—Dr. Wong Wing Kuen Albert, Rui Meng, and Yang Xi.
