YADEA (01585) announced that following the audit committee's recommendation, Deloitte has been appointed as the company's new auditor, effective September 22, 2025. This appointment fills the temporary vacancy left by PricewaterhouseCoopers' resignation and will remain in effect until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
