At the entrance of China Star Graphite Co., Ltd., large trucks shuttle back and forth. Bags of finished lithium-ion battery anode materials, neatly packed and re-weighed, are being systematically loaded onto these trucks for shipment to destinations such as Sichuan and Jiangsu provinces. "Currently, an average of 15 large trucks are loaded and dispatched daily, peaking at 18," said Bo Haiyan, the factory director. To ensure order fulfillment, the company maintained operations throughout the recent Spring Festival holiday, with all six production lines now running at full capacity. It is reported that the company's annual production capacity for lithium battery anode materials surpassed 100,000 tons in 2025. Not far away, within the Gui'an New Area New Energy Industrial Park · Solid-State Battery Incubation Park, Guizhou Super Times Technology Co., Ltd. is also operating at full throttle, having fully resumed normalized production. The company is part of the Husum Technology Group, which officially relocated its corporate headquarters from Shanghai to Gui'an New Area on September 28, 2025. The production line of Guizhou Super Times achieved mass production just last month and is now in a critical period of rapid development. "We officially resumed work on the eighth day of the first lunar month, with a 100% employee return rate. We are currently operating at full capacity to meet orders and expand our market," stated Zhang Lyugang, the company's General Manager.
In the production workshop of Guizhou Gui'an New Area Dongjiang Technology Co., Ltd., located in the High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park, production lines are running at high speed, with workers diligently performing their tasks in an orderly manner. "In 2025, the company's output value increased by over 30% year-on-year," said Zhang Jun, the company's Chairman and General Manager. With a positive development trend continuing into 2026, the company achieved a 100% employee return rate on the ninth day of the lunar new year. According to statistics from the Gui'an New Area Industry and Information Technology Bureau, as of February 26th, all 51 major industrial enterprises in Gui'an New Area have resumed production, achieving a 100% resumption rate. Furthermore, as of February 28th, all 30 ongoing industrial projects in the New Area have also fully resumed construction, also reaching a 100% restart rate. This marks a full restart for both major industrial enterprises and industrial projects, solidifying the foundation for a strong first-quarter industrial economic performance.
This impressive achievement stems from Gui'an New Area's steadfast commitment to industrial development and high-quality growth. Throughout 2025, adhering to a focus on industry, projects, and investment promotion, the New Area concentrated on building its "Three Major Industrial Clusters." This dedicated effort resulted in sustained rapid growth in industrial value-added, an increasing contribution to GDP, and continued agglomeration of leading industries. Data shows that the value-added of major industries in Gui'an New Area grew by 55.3% in 2025, with industry contributing 42.8% to the New Area's GDP growth. Leading enterprises such as Huaxin Information, CATL, FinDreams Battery, China Star Graphite, AECC Precision Casting, and the Chery Guizhou base have provided sustained momentum, accelerating the development of the "Three Major Industrial Clusters" and increasing the concentration of leading industries to 77%, continuously enhancing the overall industrial capacity.

Around the Spring Festival period, bureau officials visited industrial parks and key enterprises to promote and explain supportive policies, precisely coordinate solutions to operational challenges, and encourage continuous production and efficiency gains. "Key enterprises, including CATL (Guizhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., China Star Graphite Co., Ltd., and FinDreams Battery Co., Ltd., maintained continuous production during the holiday, with stable and positive operational trends," said Li Qiao, head of the Operation Monitoring and Coordination Office. To assist enterprises in resuming work smoothly, the bureau established two support task forces. These teams are stationed in key areas like the Gui'an Comprehensive Bonded Zone and the Guiyang Big Data Science and Innovation City, implementing a daily coordination mechanism to accurately monitor the resumption status of major enterprises and projects. Regarding labor supply, active coordination helped recruit over 300 workers for companies including CATL, HKC Optoelectronics, China Star Graphite, COFCO Coca-Cola, and ORG Technology, effectively supporting the resumption of operations.
