CHU KONG SHIP (00560) announced that due to the resignation of Deputy General Manager Mr. Yu Junjie, who has been transferred to a subsidiary of the company, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Mr. Cao Jian as Deputy General Manager following review and recommendation by the Nomination Committee. The appointment will take effect from September 26, 2025.
