Shares of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) rose 0.7% in early trading Wednesday after the company announced it has set March 20 as the date for the shareholder vote on its merger with Netflix. The company also provided a seven-day window to engage with Paramount Global regarding a possible higher offer. Previously, Warner Bros. Discovery indicated that an offer of $31 per share would be considered.
