SHANGHAI PECHEM (00338) announced its first half 2025 results, with operating revenue of approximately RMB 39.523 billion, down 9.21% year-over-year. The net loss attributable to parent company shareholders was approximately RMB 462 million, representing a turn from profit to loss compared to the same period last year. Basic loss per share was RMB 0.044.
In the first half of 2025, the group's total production of major commodities reached 5.5768 million tons, down 4.35% from the same period last year. The group processed a cumulative 6.3249 million tons of crude oil (including 556,400 tons of processing materials), down 4.93% year-over-year.
Refined oil production totaled 3.9929 million tons (including 449,900 tons from processing materials), down 6.81% year-over-year. Among refined products, gasoline production reached 1.6681 million tons, up 0.14% year-over-year; diesel production was 1.1987 million tons, down 13.56% year-over-year; and jet fuel production was 1.1261 million tons, down 8.62% year-over-year.
Ethylene production reached 273,300 tons, up 24.34% year-over-year; para-xylene production was 352,900 tons, up 1.20% year-over-year; plastic resin and copolymer production totaled 457,700 tons, down 3.21% year-over-year. Synthetic fiber production reached 14,500 tons, up 5.07% year-over-year.
During the first half, the group's product sales rate was 99.94%, and the cash collection rate (excluding related enterprises) was 100%.
