COMBA Shareholder Transfers HK$1.12 Billion Worth of Stock to UBS Securities Hong Kong

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on March 19, a shareholder of COMBA (02342) deposited shares into UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited. The value of the deposited shares was HK$1.122 billion, representing 19.79% of the company. On February 12, COMBA (02342) had issued an announcement stating that the group expects its profit attributable to owners of the parent company for the year ending December 31, 2025, to be no less than HK$10 million. This contrasts with a loss attributable to owners of the parent company of approximately HK$564 million for the year ended December 31, 2024.
