Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (“DATANG POWER”, 00991) has issued a proxy form for its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM), to be convened on 27 March 2026 (Friday) at 10:00 a.m. in the company’s 1616 Conference Room, No. 9 Guangningbo Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, PRC.

The agenda comprises a single ordinary resolution: “Resolution on the Provision of Financial Assistance to a Joint Venture.” Shareholders will vote FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAIN on the proposal.

H-shareholders intending to appoint a proxy must submit completed forms—together with any notarised power of attorney if applicable—to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) no later than 24 hours before the meeting time.
