Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on November 21, a shareholder of LONKING (03339) transferred shares worth HK$398 million from Morgan Stanley Hong Kong Securities to Citibank, accounting for 3.05% of the company's holdings.
LONKING reported its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, with revenue reaching RMB5.596 billion, a 69.67% year-on-year increase. Net profit attributable to shareholders rose 37.83% to RMB632 million, with basic earnings per share at RMB0.15.
The company stated that its flagship loader business remained the largest contributor to both revenue and profit, accounting for 41.12% of total sales, up 0.81 percentage points from 40.31% in the same period of 2024.
