UBOX ONLINE (02429) announced that all conditions of the placement have been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on September 29, 2025 in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. The placing agent has successfully placed a total of 157.5 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees (who are institutional professional investors) at a placement price of HK$2.45 per placement share, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.
