On 26 February 2026, Wharf Real Estate Investment Company Limited (“Wharf REIC”) announced that its board of directors will convene on 10 March 2026. The meeting’s agenda includes the approval of the final results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, as well as consideration of a possible dividend.
The announcement lists four directors—Mr. Stephen T.H. Ng, Mr. Paul Y.C. Tsui, Ms. Y.T. Leng, and Mr. Horace W.C. Lee—and eight Independent Non-executive Directors, including Mr. Alexander S.K.
