VENUS MEDTECH-B (02500) announced on November 11, 2025, that the company intends to sell a property (including an industrial park under construction on Plot 1 and Plot 2, along with the associated land use rights) to Hangzhou Binjiang Urban Construction Development Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of approximately RMB375 million.

Plot 1 is located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou (Hangzheng Gong [2021]-22), designated for industrial and commercial development. It has a total land area of approximately 30,732.00 square meters and a planned total construction area of about 138,813.29 square meters (including 82,838.54 square meters of above-ground construction area and 55,974.75 square meters of underground construction area).

Plot 2, also situated in Binjiang District, Hangzhou (Hangzheng Gong [2021]-22), is similarly designated for industrial and commercial development. It shares the same land area and planned construction area as Plot 1.

Considering the group's liquidity position, current real estate market conditions, and business strategy, the board believes the sale presents an opportunity to monetize the property investment at a fair and reasonable price. The transaction will provide immediate cash inflow, alleviate overall debt pressure, and supplement working capital. Additionally, the sale is expected to enhance the group's financial credibility, optimize asset allocation, and allow resources to be focused on core operations.
