Dufu Liquor Group Limited (Dufu Liquor) has named Mr. Li Jingfu as Chief Executive Officer of a wholly-owned subsidiary, effective 10 July 2026. His mandate centres on evaluating and executing the Group’s planned entry into AI digital-human technologies and related internet marketing services, as well as integrating these initiatives with existing liquor operations.

Mr. Li is currently CEO and co-founder of Ningbo Yunman Innovative Digital Technology Co., Ltd., an AI-focused enterprise that operates more than 40 directly managed stores and multiple regional operation centres across a 20,000-square-metre self-owned facility in Ningbo. He brings extensive experience in market marketing, vertical industrial-chain investment and internet-based business models.

The Board expects Mr. Li’s appointment to accelerate the establishment of a new business division dedicated to AI-driven value innovation, positioning Dufu Liquor as a professional service provider in the internet-based AI intelligence sector.

The Board structure remains unchanged, comprising four executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors. The announcement was authorised by Co-Chairperson and Executive Director Mr. Liu Jun on 10 July 2026.
