BWI INT'L (02339) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company's auditor, effective October 30, 2025. Additionally, in accordance with the company's articles of association and upon the recommendation of the audit committee, Grant Thornton (Hong Kong) has been appointed as the new auditor, effective October 30, 2025. The appointment will remain in effect until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
