CH MODERN D (01117) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of 6.073 billion yuan. The company recorded a loss of 984 million yuan during the period, with a loss per share of 11.67 cents.

The group operates under the corporate vision of "deploying the industrial chain, digital intelligence innovation, and becoming a global leader in dairy farming." With raw milk production as its core business, the company drives development through digital transformation and ecological advancement, building a business system that covers the entire dairy value chain. Current business scope encompasses seed research and development, forage planting, feed production, dairy cattle breeding, and industrial chain digital intelligence platforms. Through an integrated industrial chain collaborative development model, the group maintains steady business growth momentum.

Strong Operating Cash Flow: The group continues to promote quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. Cost-saving measures achieved significant results during the period, generating net cash from operating activities of 490 million yuan, representing a 23.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This enhancement strengthened the company's core competitiveness and resilience against industry cycles.

Healthy Herd Structure: As of June 30, 2025, the group raised a total of 472,500 dairy cattle, representing a 6.2% year-on-year increase. Mature cattle accounted for 54.1% of the herd, an improvement of 3.5 percentage points year-on-year, aligning with the group's overall herd management strategy.

Continuous Growth in Raw Milk Business: During the period, both the average annualized yield per mature cow and total milk production reached historic highs. The average annualized yield per mature cow reached 13.2 tons, a 1.5% year-on-year increase, maintaining industry-leading levels. Total raw milk production during the period reached 1.661 million tons, representing a 14.6% year-on-year growth.
