Separately, MEILAN AIRPORT announced that on February 13, 2026, the company entered into a power supply agreement with Haikou Control Energy. Under the agreement, Haikou Control Energy agreed to procure electricity for the company for the year ending December 31, 2026. The company had previously signed a related electricity trading contract with Haikou Control Energy in March 2025, which is valid until December 31, 2026. Haikou Control Energy was the supplier with the lowest bid at that time.
