CKH HOLDINGS Announces Non-Executive Director Changes

CKH HOLDINGS (00001) has announced that Mr. Zhou Jinzhi has decided to retire as a non-executive director of the company following the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for May 21, 2026 (or on another date detailed in the forthcoming meeting notice). This decision is to allow him to dedicate more time to other business and personal commitments. Additionally, Mr. Li Yeguang will retire by rotation at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Mr. Li has informed the company that he will not seek re-election at the 2026 AGM and will retire as a non-executive director after the meeting concludes, also to focus more on other business and personal obligations.
