On March 8, 2026, the first WolaiCai rural supermarket under Yimutian Inc. (YMT) officially opened, attracting over 4,000 visitors on its first day. This marks the company's expansion from agricultural product trading into the rural consumer market. In an internal letter dated March 9, founder Deng Jinhong revealed that since its launch in the first quarter of 2025, WolaiCai's sales network has maintained rapid growth for four consecutive quarters. Quarterly sales surged from 8.44 million yuan to 30 million yuan, an increase of more than 2.5 times. Based on current momentum, the company expects WolaiCai's annual sales in 2026 to grow by over five times year-on-year. It also plans to build the largest agricultural product procurement and distribution network in China by 2030, with an annual sales target exceeding 10 billion yuan. Simultaneously, Yimutian is expanding its agricultural services by launching the "Wozhongtian" brand of fertilizers, targeting sales of over 300 million yuan in 2026 and aiming to rank among the top ten fertilizer brands in China within five years. The company emphasized the application of AI technology to optimize supply chains through data, improve agricultural efficiency, and build a smart agriculture ecosystem.
