CHAOWEI POWER (00951) announced that effective October 14, 2025: Mr. Wu Zhijie, previously an independent non-executive director, has been reassigned to the position of executive director. Mr. Wu will no longer serve as a member of the company's nomination committee, audit committee, and remuneration committee. Mr. Zhang Fan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the company's nomination committee and audit committee. Additionally, Mr. Sun Wenping has been appointed as a member of the company's remuneration committee.
