CONCORD NE (00182) announced that as of the date of this announcement, the group's wholly-owned subsidiaries have received approximately RMB 260 million in renewable energy subsidies during the current year, representing an increase of approximately 200% compared to the same period last year and equivalent to 157% of the total renewable energy subsidies obtained by wholly-owned subsidiaries for the full year 2024. The group's joint ventures collectively received approximately RMB 600 million in renewable energy subsidies, marking an increase of approximately 318% compared to the same period last year and representing 219% of the total renewable energy subsidies obtained by joint ventures for the full year 2024. Based on the group's equity proportion in the joint ventures, the group is entitled to approximately RMB 230 million from the renewable energy subsidies recovered by the joint ventures. The announcement stated that the recovery of renewable energy subsidy payments effectively reduces accounts receivable and enhances the group's cash flow.
