Marvell Technology (MRVL) surged 5.26% in pre-market trading, joining a broad semiconductor rally as the sector staged a collective rebound following a multi-day selloff that had pushed the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index near bear market territory.

The recovery comes after significant selling pressure had driven MRVL from around $199 to below $160 in prior sessions. Peers also advanced, with AMD, Micron Technology, NVIDIA, and Intel all posting gains in the pre-market session, reflecting a broad-based recovery across the chip space.

Adding to the positive momentum, multiple Wall Street firms have recently raised their price targets on Marvell Technology. KeyBanc set an aggressive target of $400, while China Renaissance lifted its target to $276 and BNP Paribas raised to $275. The consensus analyst target stands at $264.65 with a unanimous Buy rating, signaling strong confidence in the stock's upside potential. Additionally, Marvell announced plans to invest $250 million in India over the next three years to expand its Bangalore R&D facility and accelerate next-generation AI technology development.
