LEGION CONSO (02129) announced that Mr. Man Yun Wah has stepped down as Company Secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and legal process agent for receiving legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law), effective from November 13, 2025. Following Mr. Man's departure, Ms. Wong Po Lam (who possesses the necessary professional qualifications and relevant experience as stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules) has been appointed as Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from November 28, 2025, to succeed Mr. Man.
