GCL Tech Buys Back 9.00 Million Shares for HK$5.40 Million, Lifting Treasury Stock to 1.06 Billion

GCL Technology Holdings Limited (GCL Tech) disclosed a share repurchase executed on 22 July 2026, acquiring 9.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$0.60 per share. The transaction amounted to HK$5.40 million.

Following the buy-back: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.03% to 32.16 billion. • Treasury shares rose to 1.06 billion, maintaining the total share count at 33.22 billion. • The repurchase represents 0.27% of the 3.32 billion-share mandate approved on 29 May 2026, bringing cumulative repurchases under the mandate to 1.06 billion shares, or 3.19% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, GCL Tech is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, effective until 21 August 2026.
