GAMEONE Holdings (08282) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou GAMEONE Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., has been officially recognized as a Hangzhou Headquarters Enterprise for 2025. The designation follows a review process conducted by the Hangzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission, which recently released its list of approved companies for the year.

Serving as the Group's core headquarters platform in mainland China, Hangzhou GAMEONE leverages the city's strengths in artificial intelligence and e-commerce to advance the Group's initiatives in AI and gaming integration, trade services, and cybersecurity technology.

As a result of the headquarters enterprise status, Hangzhou GAMEONE has secured a multi-year credit facility of RMB 9 million from China Construction Bank. The loan carries an annual interest rate of 2.5%, is unsecured, and offers flexible repayment terms, supporting the Group's efforts to optimize its financing structure and cash flow management.

The recognition is expected to enable Hangzhou GAMEONE to benefit from related support policies and resource allocations offered by the Hangzhou municipal government for headquarters enterprises. This is anticipated to enhance the Group's brand influence and market competitiveness in mainland China, contributing positively to its overall financial position and operational performance.
