Xiaomi's legal department recently announced that it has received a first-instance court judgment concerning its lawsuit against the "AutoReport汽车产经" social media account for reputational damage. According to the ruling, the defendant is required to immediately remove the infringing content, issue a public apology, and pay Xiaomi Corp. a total of 5 million yuan in compensation for economic losses and related expenses.

Public records indicate that the verified operator of "AutoReport汽车产经" is Beijing Yiche Interactive Advertising Co., Ltd., established on December 12, 2007. By 2021 and thereafter, he gradually relinquished his roles as legal representative and chairman of Bitauto's operating entity.
