Sinotrans Limited announced that, effective 14 April 2026, it has formally adopted an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions of these documents will be posted on the company’s website (www.sinotrans.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing routine mailings of printed copies.
To ensure timely delivery of actionable corporate communications—materials requiring shareholders’ instructions—the company urges registered shareholders who have not yet done so to submit a valid email address. This can be completed by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong share registrar.
Key points of the arrangement: 1. Shareholders providing an email address will receive electronic notifications when new corporate communications are available online. 2. Until a functional email address is registered, the company will continue to send actionable communications in printed form. 3. Shareholders may opt to receive printed copies of all corporate communications by completing the reply form or emailing sinotrans.ecom@computershare.com.hk; this instruction remains valid for one year from the date received. 4. Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
The initiative is part of Sinotrans’s ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce paper consumption while ensuring shareholders have prompt access to essential information.
