AUSTASIA GROUP (02425) announced changes to its Nomination Committee, effective from November 10, 2025: (a) Mr. Chen Rongnan, Executive Director and Chairman of the Board, has stepped down as Chairman and member of the Nomination Committee; (b) Mr. Xin Dinghua, Independent Non-Executive Director and current member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and (c) Ms. Gabriella SANTOSA, Non-Executive Director and controlling shareholder of the company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
