On the evening of September 8th, at Baidu's Autumn Carnival and Highest Award Ceremony held today, Baidu founder, Chairman and CEO Robin Li appeared at Baidu Technology Park to personally sign $1 million bonus checks for each winning team.

During the award ceremony, when discussing AI development, Li pointed out, "AI large models have developed to a point where they are actually approaching a critical threshold. Soon, various highly valuable applications will be able to be created. We are living in a very exciting and highly anticipated market environment."

Li noted that Baidu began emphasizing two years ago that all of Baidu's products should incorporate AI. Today, 65% of Baidu search results contain generative content, and this content typically ranks at the top. Additionally, Baidu's multimedia search usually presents users with image galleries, videos, or even live streaming formats as the top results, regardless of what users search for.

In Li's view, "This represents the most aggressive transformation among all search engines globally, and this also represents the future of search engines."
