Most Kwai Chung Limited (01716) reported that, as of 28 February 2026, authorized share capital remained at 3.80 million HKD, corresponding to 380.00 million ordinary shares each with a par value of 0.01 HKD. There was no change from the previous month.
The total issued shares stood at 270.00 million with no treasury shares. The public float requirement of 25% was confirmed to be met. There were no new share issuances or cancellations, and the share option scheme remained unchanged, allowing for up to 27.00 million shares to be issued if exercised.
