SHK PPT (00016) Announces Annual Results with Shareholders' Profit of HK$19.277 Billion, Up 1.21% YoY

SHK PPT (00016) announced its full-year results for 2024/25, reporting revenue of HK$79.721 billion, representing an 11.49% year-on-year increase. Profit attributable to shareholders reached HK$19.277 billion, up 1.21% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK$6.65, and the company proposed a final dividend of HK$2.8 per share.

According to the announcement, profit from property sales during the year was HK$8.29 billion, compared to HK$7.85 billion in the previous year. Based on attributable interests, total contract sales achieved during the year amounted to approximately HK$46.6 billion.

As of June 30, 2025, the Group's land bank in Hong Kong totaled approximately 57.4 million square feet in terms of attributable floor area, of which approximately 13.3 million square feet consisted of residential properties under development and available for sale. The Group has sufficient development projects to meet its needs for the next six to seven years.

The remaining portion, approximately 37.7 million square feet, comprises diversified completed properties, the vast majority of which are held for rental and long-term investment, generating substantial recurring income for the Group. The Group will continue to adhere to its consistently prudent financial principles and replenish its Hong Kong land bank at appropriate times to drive future business growth.
