Nvidia will sell more than 18,000 of its latest artificial intelligence chips to Saudi company Humain, CEO Jensen Huang announced Tuesday. Nvidia shares jumped 5.6% on Tuesday and gained another 1.8% in overnight trading.

Tesla stock rose again Tuesday after thawing U.S.-Chinese trade relations gave the shares a big booston Monday. Elon Musk, meanwhile, was one of many executives on hand for President Donald Trump’s visit to Saudi Arabia. The shares gained another 1.8% in overnight trading.

Super Micro Computer shares jumped Tuesday after Raymond James initiated coverage of the server maker's stock with an “outperform” rating and $41 price target. The shares jumped another 8.2% in overnight trading.

BigBear.ai Holdings shares jumped 9.5% on Tuesday and gained another 6.2% in overnight trading.

Hims & Hers Health, a company specializing in telehealth and wellness, has entered into an agreement to issue $1 billion in convertible senior notes, according to a recent 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The notes, due in 2030, were sold in a private offering to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A of the Securities Act of 1933. The shares rose 3.7% in overnight trading after soaring 15.9% on Tuesday.

Nu Holdings, the listed entity which runs Brazilian digital lender Nubank, posted on Tuesday a 37% increase in its adjusted net profit from a year earlier, slightly missing analysts' estimates. The shares dropped 3.3% in overnight trading.

Aurora Innovation shares tumbled 13.9% in overnight trading. According to an SEC filing, Uber plans to sell $1 billion of Senior Notes due 2028 in a private placement to institutional buyers. The notes are exchangeable for Aurora Innovation common stock.
