Khoon Group Limited (Stock Code: 924) Announces Board and Committee Reshuffle

Khoon Group Limited (the “Company”) has announced several changes to its board and key positions effective 4 November 2025. Former executive Directors, Mr. Ang Jui Khoon and Mr. Ang Kok Kwang, resigned to devote more time to their personal and other business commitments. Both confirmed there were no disagreements with the Board and no matters needing to be brought to shareholders’ attention.

Concurrent with these departures, the Company appointed Ms. Tseung Choi Wing Queenie as an executive Director and as an authorised representative. A practicing lawyer in China and the holder of an SFC Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance) Licence, Ms. Tseung is experienced in corporate finance and cross-border legal matters. She is entitled to a monthly fee of HK$40,000.

Additionally, the Company appointed Ms. Fang Lihua Ruby as an independent non-executive Director. With master of laws degrees from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Georgetown University, Ms. Fang has nearly 13 years’ experience in corporate finance. She is entitled to a monthly fee of HK$10,000.

In committee updates, Ms. Fang joined the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees, while Mr. So Chi Kai was redesignated as chairman of the Audit Committee and joined the Remuneration Committee. Moreover, Mr. Fok Wai Hung was redesignated as chairman of the Nomination Committee. With these appointments, the Company has regained compliance with the relevant Listing Rules.
