The board of directors of RADIANCE HLDGS (09993) has announced a proposal for new appointments.
Pending approval from shareholders at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduled for June 26, 2026, the board recommends appointing Dr. Shen Houcai as an Independent Non-executive Director.
The board also proposes the appointment of Mr. Zhou Xiaohui as an Executive Director.
