SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 00315) submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 October 2025. According to the filing, the company’s authorized share capital remained at 2,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, totaling HKD 200,000,000.
The total number of issued shares also remained unchanged at 1,100,951,601, with no treasury shares. Under the share option scheme adopted on 2 November 2021, 4,000,000 share options—granted on 21 April 2023—were outstanding at the end of the month, and no new shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options.
