Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has announced a Board meeting on March 24, 2026. The meeting will review and approve the annual results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, along with other agenda items the Board deems necessary.
The Board will also consider the declaration of a final dividend, if any, as part of the discussion. According to the announcement, the Board is chaired by two Co-Chairmen and comprises executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors.
