AUX ELECTRIC (02580) has announced that the group anticipates revenue of approximately RMB 300 billion for the year ending December 31, 2025, compared to revenue of RMB 297.59 billion for the year ending December 31, 2024. The company also expects a net profit attributable to owners of approximately RMB 22 billion for the 2025 fiscal year, a decrease from the RMB 29.10 billion recorded in the 2024 fiscal year. The decline in profitability is primarily attributed to persistently rising raw material costs, high levels of channel inventory, and weak end-consumer demand. These challenges have intensified domestic competition, exerting downward pressure on air conditioning prices and leading to a contraction in the group's gross profit margin.
