China Resources Power finalises spin-off; China Resources New Energy to debut on SZSE Main Board on 2 July 2026

China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (China Resources Power) announced the completion of the proposed spin-off and A-share listing of its renewable subsidiary, China Resources New Energy Holdings Company Limited (China Resources New Energy).

China Resources New Energy’s ordinary shares will commence trading on the Main Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on 2 July 2026 under the stock abbreviation “China Resources New Energy” and stock code 001248.SZ.

Following the A-share offering, China Resources Power’s equity stake in the subsidiary has fallen from 100% to 83.80% before the exercise of the over-allotment option, and could decline further to 81.81% if the option is exercised in full. Despite the reduced holding, China Resources New Energy will remain a consolidated, non-wholly-owned subsidiary of China Resources Power.
