China South City Holdings Limited (In Liquidation) [1668] Announces EGM Date and Venue Change, Withdraws Resolution, and Continues Trading Suspension

China South City Holdings Limited (In Liquidation) [Stock Code: 1668] announced that its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) has been rescheduled to 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 19 November 2025, at Room 1, 14/F, Fairmont House, 8 Cotton Tree Drive, Central, Hong Kong. The meeting was previously postponed following the winding-up order made by the High Court of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 11 August 2025.

Due to the winding up of the company and the suspension of the powers of its directors, the proposal for Shareholders to grant authority to the directors regarding the implementation and completion of matters related to the Property Management Services Framework Agreement has been withdrawn. Accordingly, the ordinary resolution numbered 1(b) in the original EGM notice will not be voted on at the rescheduled meeting.

Other EGM details, including the register of members’ book closure period and the remaining resolutions, remain unchanged. Previously submitted proxy forms remain valid, except that no poll will be conducted or counted for ordinary resolution numbered 1(b).

Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 10:55 a.m. on 11 August 2025 and will remain suspended until further notice. Creditors or other stakeholders with queries are advised to contact the joint and several liquidators as indicated in official communications.
