Huabao International Holdings Limited (00336) reported that its authorized share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares, each with a par value of HKD 0.10, totaling HKD 500.00 million as of the end of February 2026. The number of issued shares stayed at 3.23 billion, and the public float requirement remained in compliance with the 25% threshold.
Under the 2024 Share Option Scheme, 147.07 million share options were outstanding with no exercises or cancellations recorded. Additionally, 1.50 million ordinary shares had been repurchased for cancellation but were not yet canceled as of the end of the month.
