CHU KONG SHIP (00560) has announced that Executive Director Mr. Liu Guanghui has resigned from his positions as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board. He has also stepped down from his roles as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Executive Committee. The resignations will take effect from February 26, 2026. Mr. Liu's resignation is due to his intention to take up a position at another company.
