Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited has reiterated the transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications. The company’s materials—including annual and interim reports, ESG reports, notices of meeting, circulars and all actionable documents—will be uploaded to www.tongchengir.com and the HKEXnews website, replacing routine printed distribution.

Shareholders may indicate their preferred method of receipt by completing and returning the enclosed reply form by mail or email (TongchengSA@ly.com). Options include: 1) accessing the website version only; 2) receiving printed English copies; 3) receiving printed Chinese copies; or 4) receiving both printed English and Chinese versions. Actionable corporate communications will still be sent individually by email where a valid address is provided; otherwise, a printed copy will be dispatched.

If a completed reply form or written objection is not received by 28 June 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the website-only arrangement. Under this default, the company will cease issuing separate notifications of each upload, and shareholders are expected to monitor the company’s website proactively.

At any time, investors may change their selection or request printed copies free of charge by giving at least seven days’ written notice to Tongcheng Travel Mansion, No. 66 Yunhui Road, Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, PRC, or by emailing TongchengSA@ly.com.
