Dufu Liquor Group Limited on 21 September 2026 confirmed the completion of its new-share placement under the existing general mandate. All conditions stipulated in the Placing Agreement have been met, resulting in the issue of 25.89 million shares at HK$0.260 each.

The transaction generated gross proceeds of approximately HK$6.70 million and net proceeds of about HK$6.50 million after deducting commissions and related expenses. Management plans to deploy the entire net amount as general working capital, covering operational, staffing, rental, and professional-service outlays, with full utilisation targeted by or before September 2027.

Post-placement, the company’s issued share capital expanded from 129.47 million to 155.36 million shares. The new shares represent 16.67% of the enlarged capital base. At least six independent third-party investors subscribed for the placement; none became substantial shareholders, and the company continues to meet Hong Kong Listing Rule 8.08 public-float requirements.

The board comprises four executive directors—including Co-Chairperson Liu Jun—one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.
