HK & CHINA GAS (00003) announced that Professor Huang Huiqun, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Board's Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee. This appointment follows the transition of Mr. Huang Weiyi from the Chairperson role, who will continue to serve as a member of the ESG Committee. These changes will take effect on March 20, 2026.
