Shenyang Public Utility Announces 26 June 2026 AGM; Seeks Approval of FY2025 Reports, Dividend Plan and 20% Share Issue Mandate

Shenyang Public Utility Holdings Company Limited will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Shenzhen. Shareholders of both Domestic Shares and H Shares may attend in person or appoint proxies, with proxy forms due no later than 24 hours before the meeting to the Company’s Shenzhen headquarters (Domestic Shares) or Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services (H Shares).

Key ordinary resolutions to be tabled include: • Board of Directors’ report, Supervisory Committee report, audited consolidated financial statements and auditor’s report for the year ended 31 December 2025 • FY2025 profit allocation and dividend distribution proposals • Re-appointment of Asian Alliance (HK) CPA Limited as external auditor, with authority for the Board to set its remuneration

A special resolution will request a general and unconditional mandate for the Board to allot, issue and deal in new Domestic Shares and H Shares representing up to 20% of each respective share class in issue as at the date of the AGM resolution.

Shareholders registered on the Company’s books are eligible to vote on the resolutions, which collectively cover financial disclosures, profit distribution and the Company’s future capital-raising flexibility.
