WuXi Biologics (Cayman) Inc. (Stock Code: 02269) disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 07 November 2025 that it issued a total of 3,510,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of share options under its Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme. Of these, 10,000 shares were issued at HKD 1.97 apiece, and 3,500,000 shares were issued at HKD 1.29 apiece.
After these share issuances, the total number of issued shares of WuXi Biologics (Cayman) Inc. rose from 4,071,542,254 to 4,075,052,254. There were no repurchases or redemptions reported, and the company confirmed that all requisite authorizations and regulatory requirements were met.
