GEMDALE PPT (00535) announced its operational results, revealing a 71.77% year-on-year decline in October 2025 contracted sales to approximately RMB592 million. The total contracted sales area during the month reached about 43,000 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB13,800 per square meter.
For the cumulative period from January to October 2025, the group recorded total contracted sales of approximately RMB9.125 billion, representing a 43.93% decrease compared to the same period last year. The aggregate sales area during these ten months amounted to approximately 719,600 square meters.
