SMART FISH (00139) announced that the Group entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangzhou Peanut Home Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Guangzhou Peanut") on November 6, 2025. Guangzhou Peanut operates the Peanut Diary APP. Under this agreement, both parties will establish a long-term strategic alliance based on the principles of "complementary advantages, resource sharing, and mutual benefit." By integrating their respective strengths in resources, channel expansion, and commercialization capabilities, they aim to jointly build a "short drama + social + consumption" digital innovation ecosystem, envisioning a future where short-form digital content deeply integrates with social traffic.
The Group has established global short drama operations as a core strategic business, supported by a mature governance framework and stable financial resources. It has assembled a dedicated team and allocated a specialized budget to focus on short drama content development, technological innovation, channel expansion, and commercialization.
The collaboration with Guangzhou Peanut represents a successful convergence of short dramas and social networking. The Group brings expertise and resources in short drama creation and operations, while Peanut Diary boasts a vast social user network with over 100 million registered users, including 200,000 active communities and 100,000 recommendation ambassadors. Together, they will enhance the reach of short dramas within social networks and explore new models combining content dissemination with e-commerce conversion.
Additionally, both parties will explore deeper integration of short dramas with user engagement, social recommendations, and content-driven e-commerce, expanding the boundaries of the content ecosystem and unlocking the potential value of user communities.
The Board believes this strategic partnership will leverage the Group’s competitive advantages in decentralized short drama ecosystems and SaaS-based copyright management platforms, combined with Peanut Diary’s high-value user base and robust community distribution channels. This will significantly improve content distribution precision and commercial conversion efficiency.
