A previous research report from Changjiang Securities noted that for the wind power sector, policy guidance under Document No. 136 has clarified expectations for stabilizing incremental growth while protecting existing capacity. The company has strategically pivoted away from its solar business to focus on wind power, with a substantial pipeline of wind projects expected to support long-term growth in renewable energy as the industry rebounds. Additionally, its newly approved downstream natural gas power plant projects will enhance gas load levels and contribute directly to incremental earnings, reinforcing optimism about the stability and growth potential of its natural gas business.
