BJ DIGITAL (06188) has announced that its directly wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Dixn Commerce, entered into a factoring financing agreement with a factoring company on September 20, 2026. Under the pact, Beijing Dixn Commerce agreed to transfer certain trade receivables from its customers to the factoring firm, which in turn will provide a recourse-based revolving factoring facility as consideration.

The move aims to transfer selected customer trade receivables before their maturity dates, allowing Beijing Dixn Commerce to secure financing ahead of scheduled customer payments. This strategy is designed to bolster the group's cash flow and liquidity position by enhancing access to funds under the factoring agreement.
