LERADO FIN-NEW Projects Turnaround with HK$83 Million Annual Profit

LERADO FIN-NEW (01225) has announced an optimistic profit forecast. The company anticipates reporting a net profit of approximately HK$83 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This result marks a significant turnaround from the net loss of about HK$174 million recorded in the previous fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. The expected profit is primarily attributed to two factors: (i) a fair value gain of roughly HK$48 million on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss during the 2025 fiscal year; and (ii) a reversal of approximately HK$50 million in recognized impairment losses on loans receivable for the same period.
